Privacy Policy

How we handle your information and how you can contact us about it.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

1. Who we are

Q360 (formerly PCQUEST) is the trading name for ABN 72 361 730 974. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website and initial business enquiries. Additional information about client services may be provided in your service agreement or a specific collection notice.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business email address, telephone number, organisation, role, service interests, approximate number of people and locations, and enquiry details. We may also keep correspondence needed to respond.

Our website and hosting services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and error records to deliver and protect the website.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form. If you provide information about someone else, make sure you are authorised to share it.

3. How we use information and who can access it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements, route your enquiry to the appropriate specialist and discuss relevant services. We also use necessary technical information to operate the website, prevent abuse and investigate problems.

Website enquiries are received by authorised team members responsible for responding to enquiries. They may share relevant information with other authorised team members or service providers as needed to handle your enquiry or deliver services.

Our hosting, email and technology providers may process information to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required or authorised by law. Submitting an enquiry does not itself subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

4. Storage, security and service providers

Enquiry emails are held in Microsoft 365. The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiry messages. When you submit the form, our hosting server processes your details to send the enquiry through Microsoft 365.

The website may retain limited operational records, including submission references, delivery status, session information and abuse-prevention identifiers. These records are separate from the enquiry email. Hosting providers may also retain access logs and backups.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including limiting access to people who need it. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Microsoft and other service providers may process information outside Australia. Processing locations depend on the provider and service configuration. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

5. How long we retain information

Our retention policy is to delete or de-identify initial enquiry information within 30 days of receipt unless you become a client or a legal obligation requires longer retention. This applies to enquiry copies held in the receiving mailboxes and copies distributed internally.

If you become a client, relevant information becomes part of the client record and is retained for as long as needed to provide services and meet applicable contractual, legal and record-keeping obligations. We delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Deletion from active records may not immediately remove copies in backups, recoverable email storage or records subject to a legal hold. These copies remain subject to the relevant retention and recovery processes. Technical logs and security records follow separate operational retention schedules and are not a separate enquiry database.

6. Cookies, analytics and third-party services

The enquiry service uses an essential session cookie when direct submission is enabled to protect submissions and prevent duplicates. Fonts, icons and other visual assets are served from our own website, so loading them does not require a connection to a third-party font or icon service.

When configured, we offer separate choices for Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These optional tools load only after you allow the corresponding category. Google Analytics helps us understand page and service visits, scrolling, section views, navigation, button and contact-link clicks, downloads, and enquiry form activity including confirmed submissions. LinkedIn helps measure advertising performance and build audiences for relevant advertising.

These providers may process online identifiers, device and browser information, page URLs, referrals and interactions, including outside Australia. LinkedIn may associate website visits with its members and advertising services. Our custom analytics events do not include enquiry answers, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or submission reference codes. Do not put personal information in campaign links or URL parameters; third-party tags may collect the page URL.

We remember your choices in this browser for up to 180 days. Where tracking is configured, you can change them using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Turning a permission off reloads the page to stop that tool; previously collected data is not erased. Third-party cookies may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser. Essential enquiry functionality remains available if you reject optional tracking.

Read Google's privacy policy and LinkedIn's privacy policy for details of their practices. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent direct form submission. External sites linked from this website have their own privacy practices.

7. Your choices, access and correction

You can contact us by telephone instead of using the form. You may choose not to provide personal information, although we may be unable to respond fully or provide a requested service without it.

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or request deletion, by contacting us below. We may need to verify your identity. We will consider your request under applicable law and explain any reason we cannot fulfil it. Where lawful and practical, you may contact us anonymously or use a pseudonym.

8. Contact us or make a complaint

For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email info@q360.com.au with the subject “Privacy enquiry”, or call 1300 937 974. Please describe your concern and how you would like us to contact you. You do not need a website enquiry support code for a privacy question, request or complaint.

Our team members responsible for privacy will oversee the review of your concern. We aim to respond within 30 days and will let you know if more time is needed. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which can advise whether it can consider your complaint.

We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
